Flow insurance is a leading insurance business offering car and home insurance products

The Flow team is an energetic ambitious bunch, based all over England. Having grown during lockdowns and the like - many of us haven’t met in real life but we’ve got used to building virtual relationships on video calls. It will be strange but brilliant to eventually meet face-to-face with the people we've come to know so well!

We're animal lovers, so it’s not unusual for Elvis or Cookie to make an appearance during our virtual team meetings, and we’re passionate about doing what's right for the environment. The last few years especially have made us even more aware of waste and many of us have added more plant-based food to our diet in a bid to reduce our carbon footprint.

When Flow began, we did a lot of research and found a gap in the market for rolling, monthly insurance that could be fully controlled by customers online, 24/7. We listened to you. You told us you didn't enjoy waiting to get through to a call centre to make changes to your policy, and you'd prefer to do it online yourself. The only time you will need to call is if you need to make a claim.

That was our starting point, and the products evolved from there. As well as Flow Monthly car insurance, we now offer Flow Annual car insurance and Flow Renters insurance - putting you in control at the touch of a button.

We strive to be a zero waste business. Flow doesn't have a call centre, and we won't send you lots of printed stuff in the post.  Because we provide digital insurance products, we have lower overheads and a lower carbon footprint than an insurer with call centres. We pass this cost saving on to our customers, which is reflected in lower premiums. This is a win-win for our customers and the environment.

Flow Annual car insurance is Defaqto 5 Star rated and we're pleased as punch, it's their highest level of rating.

Community and charity 

It’s important that we give back to our local communities. So, all Flow employees are granted 20 hours of volunteering time a year to spend on charitable activities. This could be anything from beach cleans to gardening. Every little helps and we're proud to play our part.
