If you have already selected for your policy to automatically renew, then there is nothing further you need to do. Your policy will renew and the payment will be debited on the renewal date using the same payment method used last year.
If your policy is already due to automatically renew, but you wish to change the payment method then please log in to your account and select the ‘Renewal, Make changes’ tile and update your payment preference.
If you have not selected to automatically renew with us, then you can renew your policy when you log in to your Flow account.
On your account homepage, select 'auto renew’ in the top banner and continue from there. The payment will not be debited until the renewal date.
If your policy is not due to automatically renew and you wish to change the payment method, please still proceed to select ‘auto renew’ in the banner first and select that you wish to renew the policy and here you will be presented with the payment options.
If you wish to change the payment method from one annual payment to monthly payments (eligibility criteria applies) then please select the 'renewal, make changes' tile and save the changes made. You will still then need to proceed to select to ‘auto renew’ in the top banner to confirm that you wish to renew the policy if you are not on an automatic renewal already.
