Going on to manage the company’s online editorial team, he enjoyed helping others express themselves and find their voice. Dom joined LV= in 2021 and has been putting words in Flow's mouth ever since.

Julie Mitchell, Customer Engagement Manager
Julie's been a senior marketeer in the insurance industry for over 7 years. She joined LV= in the summer of 2019 and became part of the Flow team a year later. Responsible for Flow's marketing strategy, Julie is passionate about testing and analysing results and customer interactions to make sure there's a stat to back up every decision.
Julie graduated from Strathclyde University in '98 with a BA (Hons) in Business. She also completed a Direct and Interactive Marketing Diploma in 2009 from The Institute of Direct & Digital Marketing*.

Gabrielle Norman, Claims Exec Delivery Manager
Now specialising in Operational Strategy and Delivery within claims, Gabby's been with LV= for over 10 years. She's the link between claims and Flow, making sure our teams have all the information and resources they need when a customer makes a claim. It's about delivering the very best experiences while protecting our customers' interests.
Gabby has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years and has a Master's Degree in History.
