1. Your monthly price is based on you
Flow is all about you. So, when we calculate your premium, we do it based on your personal circumstances rather than on a standard set of questions.
Instead of giving you a fixed monthly price, with Flow car insurance, you’ll get a maximum price every three months based on your current circumstances. Your exact monthly price will show in your Flow account seven days before you pay and you’ll get an email too , so you always know where you stand.
Plus, you’ll never pay more than your guaranteed maximum price each month (as long as your circumstances remain the same), so you’re always in control.
Let’s break it down: you could potentially get £40 as your maximum monthly price, but in month two, as your personalised pricing can change, your price could drop to £35. In month three, your price might be £37, but it will never be more than your maximum £40.

4. There’s no need to worry about No Claim Discount (NCD)
Not all of us have had a chance to earn or maintain NCD, but with Flow, we don’t take NCD into account . Although we need to understand your driving history to offer you a policy, any previous NCD you’ve earned will not impact your price – your Flow price will be based entirely on your circumstances.
Plus, if you cancel your subscription and you need proof of being claim free, we’ll give you written confirmation of any claim free years with Flow –just ask us when you need it. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that another insurer will accept this as proof of NCD.
